How to Submit Your Engine or Ignition for Service

When sending your engine or ignition for service, please include a note with your contact details and a detailed description of the issue. To streamline the process, we recommend completing the Service Request Form, which helps our technicians diagnose and resolve any problems efficiently. Providing this information ensures accurate and prompt service.

No prior return authorization (RMA) is required when submitting your product for service.

How to Pack Your Product for Service

Proper packing is essential to prevent any damage during transit. Use an appropriately sized box with ample packing material to secure your product. Pay close attention to fragile components such as spark plugs, cylinder fins, and the carburettor. Avoid reusing old boxes, as they may not provide adequate protection.

Clearly label the box with "Attention: Service Department" and include a note with your contact information and a description of the issue. In most cases, there is a need to include the exhaust system or muffler, the Service Request Form should be included for fast and accurate service.

For added security, we recommend using tracked shipping. While ProBuild Aircraft Ltd does not notify customers upon arrival, we will contact you once the inspection is complete.

Important Reminder:

Engines or parts that have not had owner communication for over Three months will be considered abandoned.
