At ProBuild Aircraft Ltd, we take pride in ensuring every order is carefully packed, securely shipped, and fully insured from our UK warehouse to your door — wherever you are in the world.


UK Shipping & Dispatch

All goods are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Orders placed before 12pm (midday, Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day, provided items are in stock.

A signature or delivery confirmation is required upon delivery.
If you are unavailable, the courier will return the parcel to your local depot and attempt redelivery. You can update delivery instructions directly with the courier once your parcel is in transit.

If delivery fails multiple times or a parcel is returned due to non-collection, additional return and redelivery charges may apply.

⚠️ Important:
Please do not refuse delivery without it being logged by the courier.
Refused parcels that are not recorded in the courier’s system will not be eligible for damage or loss claims.
A £15 return processing fee applies to refused parcels once logged and returned to us.

If you request delivery to a “safe place,” ProBuild Aircraft Ltd is not liable for loss or theft once the courier confirms delivery to that location.


UK Delivery Services & Estimated Times

Royal Mail Tracked Services:

  • Royal Mail 24® Tracked: Aims to deliver within 1 working day, but please allow up to 3 working days as delays may occur.
  • Royal Mail 48® Tracked: Aims to deliver within 2–3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days.

DHL Express:

  • England, Wales & Scotland: Aims for next working day delivery (allow up to 2 working days).
  • Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands: Aims for 2–3 working days (allow up to 5 working days).

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched on time, ProBuild Aircraft Ltd cannot refund shipping costs for courier delays beyond our control — though we will always assist in resolving issues where possible.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail International Tracked, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS.

Typical delivery times:

  • Royal Mail International Tracked: 5–7 working days (allow up to 15 working days for customs delays).
  • DHL / FedEx / TNT / UPS: 3–7 working days (allow up to 10 working days for customs clearance).

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their local authorities.


Missing or Damaged Parcels

 Missing Items
If any items are missing from your parcel, please notify ProBuild Aircraft Ltd within 14 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly with the courier.
Reports made after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, you must either:

  • Refuse delivery and ensure the issue is logged by the delivery driver, or
  • Accept delivery but make sure the damage is clearly noted by the driver at the time of receipt.

This process ensures the issue is registered in the courier’s system — delivery companies will not accept responsibility for damage reported later without proper logging at delivery.
Please retain all packaging and do not use the item while an issue is under review.


Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once goods are delivered to the address provided or to a nominated recipient.
